Job Description
The Utility Technician position is a one stop shop for all building maintenance, construction, and janitorial needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Post-secondary education programs in related fields (electrical, mechanical, building construction, HVAC, CNC Machining, and plumbing) highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience as a facilities handyman or janitor preferred
- Valid CA driver's license and over the age of 18 years (eighteen) to comply with Cal OSHA PIT Operator requirements
- OSHA-10 General Industry certificate within 90-days of hiring
- First AID with CPR and AED certificate within 90-days of hiring
- Forklift certification within 60 days of employment
