Requirements
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels including email, social media, paid search, display, SEO, and content marketing.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product, and analytics) to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
- Mentor and guide junior digital marketing staff, fostering professional development and growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Proven experience managing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign management, and analytics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries preferred but not required.
