Field Service Engineer

Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Requirements

• University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor industry, vacuum or wet etching equipment service related
• Good command of spoken and written English and local language.
• Good trouble shooting skill.
• Customer oriented and good customer handling skill.
• Familiar with Windows Word, Excel or other common PC applications.
• Can work for 7x24 on-call and rotating duty support.
• Overseas support if needed.
• Good presentation skill.
• Knowledge on Network, OS system (Windows, Unix, Linux..)
