Laser Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for an exceptional Laser Manufacturing Engineer who can manage the transfer of new products from design engineering to manufacturing sites, develop and evaluate manufacturing processes, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Manage the transfer of new product from design engineering to manufacturing sites for mass production
• Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes
• Improve manufacturing efficiency
• Assure product and process quality
• Effectively apply process control to monitor, analyze, and define errant processes
• Review production rejects and provide decisions and actions for disposition
• Prepare product and process reports
• Determine the calibration and maintenance processes for production tools and test equipment
• Qualify supplier/design/procedure change
• Provide technical support to field service
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects
