Support daily operations, customer relations management, and team spirit in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Manage telephone and email, organize documents, prepare and send documents, invoicing, payment tracking, client portfolio management, sales team assistance, order tracking, commercial prospecting, communication materials creation, social media management, project coordination, deadline tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
Previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the technical and professional training industry, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office software.
