Role Overview

Oliver Wyman's Finance and Risk practice is seeking Associates to support our continued expansion. The Finance and Risk practice advises clients in the financial services sector to adapt their finance and risk management strategies to evolving supervisory expectations, competition within the banking sector and capital markets dynamics.

What You Will Do

As an Associate, you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify the key aspects of a problem, and direct the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis, identify the core issues in complex analyses, and craft suitable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience, knowledge within Insurance, a strong background in strategic problem solving, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
