LLM / GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We are looking for an experienced LLM / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using Databricks Genie, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks.

What You Will Do

Develop and optimize enterprise GenAI and LLM solutions using Databricks Genie, build scalable frameworks and architectures for LLM applications, design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and semantic search solutions, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and enterprise AI application development
• Experience working with Databricks Genie, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), and Generative AI technologies
• Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search solutions
• Experience building APIs, AI microservices, and enterprise AI integrations
• Familiarity with MCP frameworks and AI agent communication architectures
• Experience deploying and monitoring scalable AI/LLM solutions in cloud environments
• Experience with AI governance, observability, model evaluation, and security best practices
• Familiarity with MLflow, MLOps, and modern AI deployment practices
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data into AI workflows
