Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as an Associate Director Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role will involve leading the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility through to final account, and contributing to wider client strategy and long-term programme success.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying (consultancy or contractor)
• Strong front-end cost planning and estimating capability
• Solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)
• A confident communicator who can operate with clients at all levels
