Requirements
- Maintain consistent daily client communication
- Develop knowledge of the travel industry, client business, advertising industry/channels, and agency process
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings
- Establish and invest in cross-channel agency relationships
- Serve as final stage of agency QA for work completed by agency
- Identify opportunities for organic growth
- Facilitate the progression of agency work through MMGY's workflow process
- Actively participate in the creative routing process
- Document internal/external communication
- Compile competitive and secondary client research
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Develop internal and client-facing meeting decks
- Draft project briefs and lead internal project kickoff meetings
- Present client deliverables
- Verify vendor documentation
- Support the development of and monitor client media plans
- Review client reporting for accuracy and clarity
- Request project invoices
- Confirm client accounts payable status weekly
- Lead internal team meetings and client conference/status calls
- Mentor and provide professional guidance to account coordinator
- Be accountable to project financials
