Full Stack Developer (Java, React.js)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in building and delivering end-to-end applications to join the MassMutual Romania team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business-critical applications while growing technical and domain expertise in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with delivery leads, QA teams, and technical stakeholders, contribute to development, testing, and debugging activities, participate in project planning, execution, and testing phases, develop application components following SDLC and Agile practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Experience building REST APIs or microservices
• Experience developing web applications using React or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of Agile and SDLC practices
• Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
