Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at MassMutual Romania. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and delivering end-to-end applications and will be able to work independently or in a geographically distributed team. The role will involve working with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and other engineers to define strategy, build solutions, and build technology components for Web Applications deployed in AWS cloud Infrastructure.
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for working closely with Delivery leads, QA leads, and technical stakeholders, operating independently on multiple project tasks, participating in all phases of project planning, execution, and testing, and producing application artifacts per SDLC, Agile, and DevOps audit requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering/development experience, proficiency with Java, including Spring / Spring Boot, and experience using Maven, POM files, dependency management, etc. The role offers a great opportunity to be part of the transformational journey at MassMutual Romania and to work on building technological solutions that help MassMutual deepen its digital capabilities and accelerate its growth in a digital-first world.
