We're looking for a strategic leader to lead our event organization across multiple countries and take our festival operations to the next level. The role involves setting direction, aligning teams, optimizing capacity and costs, and strengthening partnerships across our European markets.
Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership to the Event teams across multiple countries
- Act as the central point of coordination between countries
- Define and monitor budgets, cost structures, and margins within the Events organization
- Oversee capacity planning of Mobile Locker units
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance
- Represent Mobile Locker at A-festivals, fairs and key events across different countries
- Ensure the Events organization is prepared for growth by structuring teams, roles, and responsibilities
- Drive a shared mindset and culture across countries
- Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting, and regular alignment moments with Team Leads
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into structure, processes, and measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to festivals, partners, and teams across Europe
- Excellent communication skills in English/Dutch
