
Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior Lead Engineer (Technical Expert) to join our team in Metropolis, Singapore. The successful candidate will have detailed engineering experience as a Principal Engineer on an FPSO project and will be responsible for planning, managing, directing, and controlling the delivery of required engineering quality deliverables.
The Senior Lead Engineer will support corporate technical experts/authorities, provide feedback on technical findings, and assist in updating corporate technical documents. They will also coordinate validation and analysis of lessons learned issues, contribute to the improvement of discipline workflow processes, and facilitate discussions with suppliers.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the company's corporate design policy and philosophy, as well as the ability to review and verify compliance of corporate technical documents. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to make sound decisions that align with company policies.
