General Superintendent

We're hiring an experienced Commercial General Superintendent to join our team. This is an opportunity for a road warrior who thrives in dynamic environments, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and knows how to run a job from day one.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a construction superintendent /general superintendent commercial construction
• 5 years experience managing Superintendents, coordinating with project managers, and developing field staff
• Demonstrated ability to independently run a commercial construction project from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and subcontractor management
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project
• OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, AED certifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel — this is a traveling role with extended stays at project sites
