Join Our Team as a Partnerships Manager at Modus Create! We are looking for a AWS Partner Manager to lead our strategic relationship with AWS and drive measurable growth through strategic alignment, partner programs, business development, and go-to-market collaboration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software or technology industry
- Ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays
- Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams
- Experience tracking KPIs such as pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health
- Analytical mindset with a proficiency in using CRM tools and data visualization to track partnership health
- Communication and relationship skills including the ability to explain AWS services to management and sales commission structure to an engineer
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related technical-business hybrid field
