Senior Atlassian Consultant

Join Modus as a Senior Atlassian Consultant to guide organizations through large-scale Atlassian Cloud transformations, ESM implementations, and AI-Adoption workshops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian + Atlassian Marketplace applications.
• Proven success in working on cloud migrations, process transformations, or tool implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel engagements.
• Foundational understanding of AI use cases and how it can be leveraged to optimize delivery, streamline workflows, create ROI for customers
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual facilitation skills.
• Bonus: Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, REST APIs) and third-party integrations.
• Bonus: Hands on experience with Atlassian Rovo (building Rovo agents and/or integrating Rovo agents into Automation rules
