Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D team at Mölnlycke. The role will involve independently planning, leading, and delivering moderate-to-high complexity projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Proven project management experience in technical or regulated environments
• Results-driven with strong delivery track record
• Effective stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
• Able to work independently in matrix organizations
• Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Influential without formal authority
