Moloco is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to help define and own the company's employee communications strategy, leading the day-to-day of global internal communications programs and evolving the function as the company scales.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of strategic communications experience with significant experience leading internal or employee communications at a high-growth or public company
- Proven track record building or transforming an internal communications function, with clear impact on alignment, culture, and employee understanding
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to translate complex business strategy into clear, human communication for a globally distributed, technically diverse workforce
- International communications experience with demonstrated understanding of how cultural and regional differences shape employee communication
- High judgment and discretion, with experience navigating sensitive communications in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
- AI fluency and curiosity: as an AI company, we expect our communications leaders to actively explore how new tools and practices can make the function smarter and faster
