Job description
Collaborate with site functional teams to ensure key performance indicators are met and performance is improved operationally and financially. Drive positive changes in operations to achieve operational excellence and reduced operational costs.
Identify and champion opportunities for improvement initiatives, incorporate lean manufacturing principles, facilitate improvement projects, and perform operational excellence maturity assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/M Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and Data Analytics Certification.
