Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! As a Behavioral Health Therapist at Monarch, you will provide outpatient behavioral health services to persons of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties. You will work with individuals and families to identify presenting problems, assess mental status, and develop meaningful relationships within the community.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Human Services
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
• Counseling/therapy experience is not required
• Ability to work with individuals and families of all ages
• Ability to assess psychiatric crises and provide crisis intervention
• Ability to maintain medical records and confidentiality standards
