Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer at our Oslo Plant, you will be instrumental in planning, developing, and executing capital projects. You will drive technical developments, assess the feasibility of engineering activities within the supply chain, and manage capital investment projects to drive growth, world-class manufacturing, and productivity while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• Project Management: Effectively lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: High-level technical experience in engineering disciplines.
• Lean manufacturing / TPM experience.
• Experience managing suppliers and contractors in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Relevant experience in Project Management and / or Engineering - ideally within food, pharmaceutical, and/or consumer goods industry.
