Senior BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with modern BI tools, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development, performance tuning)
• Experience developing and maintaining reports using SSRS
• Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
