The Senior Global Payments Associate acts as a key link between prospective clients and the organization, leveraging market research, networking, and consultative engagement to build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar lead generation/sales role
• Experience at a Fintech or Bank is an asset
• Knowledge of global payments, FX, and financial services is preferred
• A solid track record in a role with a sales background
• Demonstrated ability to devise and deliver lead generation activities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent negotiation and motivational skills
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Highly proactive and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
