We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Technology to lead our India-based FinTech engineering organization supporting global Finance systems.
Requirements
- Define and execute the Finance Technology strategy aligned to global Finance transformation goals
- Drive modernization of ERP, procurement, expense, and automation platforms
- Lead platform rationalization, technical debt reduction, and scalable architecture design
- Act as the functional authority across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Treasury & Tax systems
- Build and scale a high-performing FinTech engineering team
- Ensure systems are SOX-compliant, audit-ready, and scalable
- Drive automation-first mindset using RPA and AI for Finance operations efficiency
- Identify opportunities for RPA and AI-led transformation across Finance workflows
- Lead deployment of bots, intelligent document processing, reconciliations, and predictive analytics
- Implement controls and monitoring for automation reliability and compliance
- Ensure SOX, audit, and compliance alignment
- Own change management, environment strategy, and release management
- Serve as a key FinTech partner to Finance leadership
- Present roadmap, risks, and investment cases to executive stakeholders
