Senior Staff Engineer, MongoDB Developer Productivity

The Senior Staff Engineer, MongoDB Developer Productivity role supports the software development ecosystem used by hundreds of engineers to develop and maintain MongoDB Server and developer tools. As a senior staff engineer, you'll help shape the future of the developer ecosystem and ensure we take advantage of the rapidly-evolving engineering landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the developer productivity domain in large engineering environments
• Strong experience supporting one or more of C++, Java, Go, Python, Rust, Node, Typescript
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and tooling
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, common deployment models and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience implementing metrics and observability tools and best practices
• Proven track record of driving technical execution and vision for organizations with 50+ team members
