IT Manager

Monocle is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee its entire IT environment, including performance, security, resilience, and strategic development. The role involves managing IT functions for 250-500 users in regulated financial services settings and requires experience in data and information security, including cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud environments
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response
• Ensure data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee software & licensing governance
• Oversee user & device lifecycle management
• Oversee service desk & end user experience
• Oversee IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology procurement
• Supervise and mentor IT staff
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Development of an IT roadmap aligned to business growth including Process automation and operational efficiency improvements
• Regular reporting to leadership on IT performance, risk posture and initiatives
