Monocle is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee its entire IT environment, including performance, security, resilience, and strategic development. The role involves managing IT functions for 250-500 users in regulated financial services settings, with a focus on cybersecurity, governance, and client security requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience
• Proven experience managing and supporting 250+ user environments
• Experience within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft based environments
• Solid understanding of networking architecture
• Previous experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls
• Proven experience managing vendors and technology contracts
• Experience owning and managing an IT budget
• Demonstrated ability to lead and improve service desk operations
