
Job description
Technical support to sales team on MPS AC/DC products, conduct product presentation and training, serve as technical interface to customers, and communicate customer issues to internal teams.
Analyze customer issues, diagnose technically, and solve regular application issues, provide feedback to Marketing manager on market trends and new product definition.
Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility are required for this role.
