Role Overview

Join the MPS Strategic Partnerships & Reference Design team in San Jose, serving as a seasoned technical professional with a deep understanding of complex Multi-Phase, High-Power designs. Engage with strategic customers to secure design wins incorporating MPS products, and define and share current and emerging customer technical needs.

What You Will Do

Contribute to MPS success through strategic customer engagements and winning key reference designs. Develop a solid technical understanding of MPS products, provide deep technical support to customers, and identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS businesses.

This role requires a BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years power management and analog systems experience, hands-on experience with point-of-load DC-DC power conversion, and ability to interface directly with customers and solve customer problems.

Requirements

• BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years power management and analog systems experience
• Hands on experience with point-of-load DC-DC power conversion
• Experience with multiphase, Intel and/or AMD VR requirements and specifications preferred
• Ability to interface directly with customers and solve customer problems
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
• Coach newer and less experienced team members
• Ability to communicate at all levels written and oral
• Oral /written proficiency in English
