The Crisis Care Clinician will have a primary role of brief clinical intervention including safety planning and when necessary, assessing for medical necessity of inpatient psychiatric admission and coordinating direct admission in these cases. The Clinician will triage incoming behavioral health/substance use crisis calls, walk-ins, and drop-offs as needed in order to effectively and efficiently manage individuals in crisis.
