Administrative Assistant to the Head of School

The Administrative Assistant to the Head of School provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of School, including event coordination, budget management, and donor relations.

• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented instincts/skills
• Ability to keep an exceedingly high level of confidentiality
• Ability to serve effectively as a team player within the Christ-centered mission and core values of Monte Vista Christian School
• Ability to safely lift up to 25+ lbs.
• Ability to operate relevant office equipment
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and/or squat for prolonged periods of time
