Job Description
Montu UK is seeking a Hybrid Patient Support Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for patients with medication-related queries. This role focuses on clear communication, efficient medication resolution, and collaboration with the pharmacy team. The position offers 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office in Winnersh Triangle.
Requirements
- 2 years plus customer service experience
- Working in a healthcare environment is advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of IT proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure
