Job Description
Montu UK is seeking a New Patient Physiotherapist to review referrals and clinical documentation, conduct assessments, and triage patients appropriately. This is a new role within a growing service supporting the physiotherapy arm, focused on continuous improvement and service development. The role does not involve providing treatment but supports the care pathway and contributes to the development of the physiotherapy arm.
Requirements
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist; member of CSP (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 yearsâ post-registration experience
- At least 2 years at Band 6+ level
- Strong clinical background
- Demonstrable expertise in remote/telephone triage and safety-netting
- Advanced clinical reasoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Understanding of safeguarding, GDPR, and clinical governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of pain management, cannabis-based medicinal products etc.
- Experience creating SOPs, audits, or service redesign projects
