Part Time Clinical Pharmacist - Evening & Weekends

We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team, working 2-3 days (including evenings and weekends) in our London office, and providing safe, effective, and personalized treatment for patients with complex conditions.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of CBPM is desired (but not essential, or willingness to undergo specialized training)
• Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
• Highly effective at managing time and prioritizing competing demands
• Proactive and resourceful when identifying and resolving problems
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workflows
