Finance Operations Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Operations Senior Analyst to join our Financial Operations Team at Monzo. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as overseeing multi-currency invoice reviews across UK, EU, and US subsidiaries. You will also be responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, and providing critical support to the Accounts Receivable function, VAT reporting, and corporation tax processes.

Requirements

• Experience in managing junior members of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions
• Tax or treasury experience a bonus
• SAP Hana experience a bonus but not essential
• Ability to adapt to new systems easily
• Great eye for detail and ability to investigate and solve issues for people
• Thriving in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• Self-starter and hands-on approach
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
