The successful candidate will act as both strategist and collaborative seller, shaping how MOO approaches the promo industry while actively driving revenue from day one.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the promotional products industry, including distributors, suppliers, and deal structures
- Commercially minded, able to prioritize high-impact opportunities and make confident decisions
- Ability to navigate complexity and unblock challenges quickly
- Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating processes, playbooks, and ways of working
- Strong relationship builder who can influence across teams without formal authority
- Experienced in training or mentoring others
- Strategic thinker with a background in the sales lifecycle
- Subject matter expert for the sales leadership team, translating industry knowledge into actionable sales strategies
