Supply Chain Process Manager

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Process Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Moog's Operating Group Supply Chain teams, leading internal audit processes and supporting external government audits to ensure Moog procurement processes meet requirements. You will provide subject matter expertise and lead training to Operating Group Supply Chain Teams regarding US government procurement requirements.

What You Will Do

Lead internal audit processes, support external government audits, provide subject matter expertise, lead training, and support Supply Chain Compliance training and Communities of Practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a relevant subject
• 7+ years in procurement, specifically with U.S. Government contracting
• Industry specific knowledge and experience of working with contractual requirements including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP and procurement software
• Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment
• Excellent communication skills in the form of written, verbal and formal presentation
