Test Systems Commissioning Technician

Role Overview

Join Moog's Test Systems capability in Wolverhampton, GBR, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver bespoke Test Equipment for flight control systems. This hands-on, systems-level role requires navigating complexity, resolving issues independently, and delivering under pressure.

What You Will Do

Commission new Test Equipment, support mechanical and electrical assembly, lead integration and verification testing, and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll need 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex engineering environments, with proven experience in Test Systems or Test Equipment commissioning, and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot from electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Apprenticeship-trained background (advantageous)
• 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or other complex engineering environments
• Proven experience with Test Systems or Test Equipment commissioning
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot from electrical and hydraulic schematics
