Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facility operations, security functions, and janitorial services across assigned facilities. This role manages work orders, vendor management, budget tracking, reporting, and workplace support.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities, janitorial oversight, workplace operations, or security support
• Experience with ticketing/CMMS systems and access control platforms preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with Google suite
• Ability to multitask and coordinate activities across multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Experience with collaborating and supporting teams across multiple time zones
• Flexible and available to work evenings, night, and weekends as business needs require
• Ability to travel up to 10%
