Head of Public & Government Affairs – Autonomous Vehicles (Europe & Asia)

Moove AV is seeking a Head of Public & Government Affairs to lead policy, regulatory, and government engagement strategy across Europe and Asia, with a focus on autonomous vehicles. The role involves strategic policy leadership, executive government engagement, advocacy & lobbying leadership, industry & ecosystem leadership, internal leadership, and market intelligence & risk management.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of senior experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory strategy, or external affairs
• Deep expertise in European transportation and mobility regulation
• Strong familiarity with Asian regulatory environments
• Proven track record influencing complex regulatory landscapes and securing policy outcomes
• Experience working directly with senior-level government officials, transport regulators, and industry standard bodies
• Outstanding written advocacy skills, public speaking ability, and executive presence
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multi-country policy strategies, and lead through influence
