Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to keep us compliant with ISO9001 and AS9100, manage audits, and deal with customer complaints. You'll be out on the shop floor, working with operators, solving problems, and making processes clearer to ensure good quality is built in.

What You Will Do

Running audits, investigating complaints, supporting shop-floor teams with problem-solving tools, reducing scrap and improving yields, and reporting on KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or another manufacturing quality environment
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100
• Hands-on experience with tools like FMEA, RCCA, Lean Sigma
• Confidence dealing with customers, auditors, and colleagues at every level
• A practical, problem-solving mindset
