IP Patent Prosecution Specialist

Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Patent Prosecution Specialist for our Intellectual Property Patent Support Unit in various locations. The role will support activities related to patent prosecution and the preparation and filing of documents related to international and foreign national patent applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 - 5 years of relevant patent prosecution experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in CPI Patent, MS-Office, WorkSite, Adobe Acrobat, Legal MacPac, Outlook, Office Communicator, iManage
