Job Description
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Senior Paralegal for its Investment Management Practice Group. The Senior Paralegal will work as an integral part of various client teams to perform a variety of basic and increasingly complex tasks for Private Fund clients.
Requirements
- 6 years of transactional paralegal experience at a large law firm
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to think critically and see 'big picture' effects
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet moving and demanding deadlines
- Ability to follow up and follow through on tasks and project deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively and work well in a team environment
- Ability to be proactive and a self-starter to serve as a 'go to' person for both internal and external needs
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm affairs
