Senior Paralegal - Investment Management

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Senior Paralegal for its Investment Management Practice Group. The Senior Paralegal will work as an integral part of various client teams to perform a variety of basic and increasingly complex tasks for Private Fund clients.

Requirements

• 6 years of transactional paralegal experience at a large law firm
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to think critically and see 'big picture' effects
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet moving and demanding deadlines
• Ability to follow up and follow through on tasks and project deadlines
• Ability to interact effectively and work well in a team environment
• Ability to be proactive and a self-starter to serve as a 'go to' person for both internal and external needs
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm affairs
