Technology Support Analyst

The Technology Support Analyst will provide technical support for desktop/laptop computer systems, troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues, and provide recommendations for technology use to support practice-group needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware and software support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced arithmetic skills
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Microsoft Office Certification and/or A+ Certification (preferred)
