Instructional Designer

Our organization is seeking an Instructional Design Associate to assist our instructional design team in creating high-quality training programs and educational materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design or Adult Learning, or equivalent work experience preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years as an instructional designer producing onboarding, upskilling, and development programs
• Working knowledge of content authoring tools, LMSs, and other learning technology platforms
