Litigation Paralegal

We're seeking a paralegal to be an integral part of Mass Tort Law and Briefing Team. The role will work closely with a lead attorney and team members, requiring self-sufficiency and ability to work independently. Successful candidates will finalize legal documents, communicate with clients and courts, and maintain organizational systems for case files.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with federal and state e-filing systems
• At least 2 years of working experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
