Medical Malpractice Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing Medical Malpractice department. The Medical Malpractice Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff
• Ability to manage high volume
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
