Strategy and Operations Associate

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a motivated and talented Strategy & Operations Associate to join their team in support of their Employment Law practice. This individual will partner closely with operations leads, attorneys, and firm leadership to execute on the strategic vision for multiple high-growth departments.

Requirements

• Leverage data to identify key opportunities for growth across multiple practice areas
• Drive alignment of key stakeholders across functions
• Synthesize data to report on department performance
• Understand bottlenecks and pain points and use in-depth knowledge of case management program and other firm processes to support / coach team members and improve usage / efficiency
• Identify platform features that could increase productivity and efficiency
