Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
• Maintaining interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
• Responding promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and office staff
• Having an active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Living within a 30-minute commute of the property
