Service Technician

Maintenance Technician needed at Morgan Properties to troubleshoot and repair issues, maintain properties, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
