Registered Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors on a daily basis. They build trusted relationships with clients through regular interactions and lead with a client-first mindset.
The role involves providing service coverage for Financial Advisors, executing money movement transactions, answering client questions, and educating clients on digital tools. You will also onboard and maintain client accounts, provide account information, and support marketing strategies.
A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have advanced Microsoft Office skills. They will also be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player.
